Shipping in 24/48h

Once payment has been made, orders are normally processed within a day and delivered throughout Italy in 24/48 hours by express courier. For shipping outside Italy, delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days.

Traceability of shipments

All packages travel by express courier or by highly qualified couriers, depending on the area. Every time an order is placed, in addition to the invoice you’ll also receive a number to track the shipment at any point up to its destination.

Free shipping

For all orders with a taxable amount over €500, transportation in Italy is free. For lower value orders, the transport costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment purchased.

It is possible to collect ordered products directly from our warehouse by requesting this at the time of ordering, then awaiting email notification of goods ready for collection.

By contacting us or entering it in the order notes, you can also agree on the date and time of collection.

Damaged packages? Here’s what to do…

When the courier makes the delivery, you need to check that:

  • Each package is intact, undamaged and in any case conforms to the standard features of a package.
  • If the delivery is on a pallet: that the film is intact, adhering properly and does not have any anomalous openings.
  • The number of packages indicated on the transportation document or invoice received by email corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier. Failing this, it is considered correctly delivered.

Procedure in the event of damage or suspected missing products:

  • When signing the document, write “ACCEPT WITH RESERVATIONS” and specify the reasons in detail.
  • Reject damaged goods if it is not possible to accept with reservations or if the damage is visible without having to open the packages. Without written reservations, it will not be possible to claim for any deficiency or damage.
